Who will I actually speak with?
One of our senior engineers, so you can get into the technical detail from the start.
How long is the call?
Up to an hour, over video. We send the joining details when you book.
What should I prepare before the call?
Nothing formal. It helps to know roughly what you run today, where it runs, and which problem you would most like to solve. If you have an architecture diagram to hand, bring it, but there is no need to draw one for the call.
Can I bring colleagues?
Yes. Bring whoever owns the problem, such as your platform lead or the person holding the budget, and forward them the invite once you have booked.
Can you sign an NDA first?
Yes. We are happy to sign your NDA or send you our mutual NDA before the call. Mention it when you book, or leave us a quick message, and we will get it signed before we speak.
Will there be a sales pitch at the end?
No. By the end of the call we will tell you honestly whether we think we can help, and why.
What happens after the call?
If we can help, we book in a free workshop: two hours with our engineers, working through your setup as it stands today. Afterwards we send you a short written summary of what we found and the options we discussed. Where it makes sense for us to help, it includes a proposed scope and a rough cost, so you have something concrete to take to whoever holds the budget.
What if we are not ready to move forward yet?
That is fine. There is no obligation, and we will not chase you with follow-up emails. Get back in touch when the timing suits you.
