Platforms we have built for technology and digital businesses
Our work with Siemens began with Kubernetes training at Mentor Graphics, now part of Siemens. Siemens Digital Industries went on to run its core infrastructure on a multi-cloud Kubernetes platform which we designed and built, then supported for six years, by which point it had grown to 200+ clusters across AWS, Azure and VMware on premises.
For Siemens, a two-month FinOps engagement using Karpenter and AWS Spot instances cut annual infrastructure costs by approximately $2.4m and saved an estimated 6,000+ engineering hours per year.
When Smart Pension's move to AWS had missed several deadlines, we worked with IBM to review the target platform, validate it for migration readiness, and add engineers to the team to get it over the line.
For Camelot, we built a standardised platform for running lotteries under different regulations across three continents, with more than 1,000 nodes in five data centres.
We have run Kubernetes training for engineering teams at companies including Maersk, JCDecaux, Vonage, and Numatic. At Leaseweb, a five-day bootcamp prepared 25 engineers to support its new managed Kubernetes service product.
