Work in the public sector
For an energy-sector organisation, we built critical citizen-facing infrastructure designed to keep essential information available during emergencies, whilst also reducing total cost of ownership by £1.2 million over seven years. The organisation’s own team can manage the service and publish updates directly, supported by a resilient architecture that allows the public site to move freely between hosting origins.
For The National Archives, we conducted a review of its cloud hosting and Kubernetes platform, and delivered a written report with prioritised recommendations.
We also write openly about the questions public bodies now face, such as what digital sovereignty means once a supplier can switch a service off.
