The LiveWyer Labs team mission is…
To evolve our understanding of Cloud Native best practice, and how we can apply this to meet the needs of our clients whilst also empowering our team to ‘always be the student’ to advance their skillsets.
So, what does this look like for example? We constantly adapt our Kubernetes development workflows to stay current with best practices and allocate time and resources to help our engineers grow. Between this, our apprenticeship programme, and personal-development focused “Internal Afternoons”, we create an environment that promotes subtle - yet consistent - growth and improvements.
